Art Club for PreK – second grade
Saturday morning art club sessions are for younger students, from PreK through second graders. Topics are for students to get a wide range of experience with formal elements and creative challenges. Takes place at the Jule Collins Smith Museum from 10-11:30. This Saturday's theme is: Mosaics: This session is focused on the technique of mosaic making, with real stones and mortar to make a small tiled works of art.
Art Club for 3rd through 6th grade
The sessions on Saturday Afternoon provide experiences that are great fun! Each session discusses a new topic of art, while using new materials, or new ideas, to be creative with. Takes place at the Jule Collins Smith Museum from 12:30-2. This Saturday's theme is: Mosaics: using concrete and tiles, students will be creating garden pavers that will beautify any space.
